Jazz pianist Yoko Miwa appears in historic West Falmouth Library as part of a series to support restoration of the Library’s 100 year old grand piano. A native of Kobe, Japan, she has recorded eight jazz albums. Her most recent, Just Takin’, was rated one of Downbeat Jazz Magazine’s Best of 2019. Now an Associate Professor at Berklee, Ms. Miwa was just awarded Jazz Artist of the Year honors in the Boston Music Awards. The concert is co-sponsored with the West Falmouth Library. This is Ms. Miwa's fourth appearance in Falmouth on Cape Cod
